The main goal of the CRU is to generate links between existing public spaces of different municipalities. We did so in two ways. On one side we created socio-spatial bridges between two separated urban areas. On the other side we created a bicycle and pedestrian link across the entire site that was the investment of the Line 28.

Additionally we revealed that the entire site is home to a rich heritage. As such we proposed budgets to renovate key building, including the Van den Heuvel brewery that will be accompanied by the development of the Gare de l'Ouest ZIR over the next 20 years.

Within this context we organized an event of interface among the actors of the region and those of both municipalities in order to overlap ideas and generate exchanges.
