The CACI (Contrat d'Axe – Contrat d'Ilot) is a new type of neighbourhood contract that is, focussing upon a smaller area in socially difficult areas in the Brussels-Capital. We won the project thanks to our proposal to organize five thematic weeks.

Within this project we take the role of coordination as well as of the participatory process from the beginning to the end. To do so we organize weekly meetings with the team and the client, contact the associations on and around the site, set-up exploratory walks and set-up world cafés during the general assemblies. In order to reach the more vulnerable partners we organized encounters with Bravvo and the young men active in the neighbourhood.

These multiple encounters allowed us to set-up the program of the CACI.
